At laboratorio Dr. Barba we believe that significant progress occurs when experience and knowledge go hand in hand with innovation. Since its creation in 1978, and after obtaining the health licence that same year, our laboratory has promoted excellence at work in fields such as research, diagnosis and the obtaining of results.

Our goal is to promote efficiency and rigour in genetic diagnosis, which is why, since 1998, we have specialised in the field of genetics, carrying out a wide variety of tests and diagnoses.

Today we have more than 100 in-house developments, and we have collaborated with various organisations and companies in information and research work. We are also a reference laboratory in the validation of tests for different Spanish and foreign manufacturers.

We currently have more than 2,000 m² of modern facilities and a team of more than 30 professionals from different health and technical fields.

Awarded by Bureau Veritas, we are certified in the performance of human and veterinary analyses in the areas of: haematology, biochemistry, microbiology, serology, PCR, immunoassay and parasitology. Management of histopathology, toxicology and allergy analyses.
