The analysis, confirmation and publication of truthful results in the different tests we perform, with a particular focus on genetic analyses.

To be the reference laboratory at national level in human and veterinary genetics and in veterinary analysis in general, contributing to research and the creation of new methods and tests that help resolve diseases and pathologies in both animals and people.

Quality policy
The quality policy of Laboratorio Dr. Barba is based on the following pillars:

- Identify, satisfy and exceed the needs and expectations of veterinarians, transforming those demands into fundamental requirements for carrying out diagnostic tests. These requirements are above all the reliability of results, the speed of test execution and, to a lesser extent, a competitive price.
- Have trained and qualified staff and the means and resources necessary to carry out the requested tests. This requires instrumentation in correct conditions of use.
- Identify and comply with the legal requirements, regulations and standards applicable to the service, as well as others that Laboratorio Dr. Barba voluntarily subscribes to.
- Implement the necessary corrective actions to eliminate and prevent non-conformities and customer complaints, in order to achieve continuous improvement of processes and activities.
- Enhance and consolidate the image of Laboratorio Dr. Barba by meeting the requirements established for the service and by customer satisfaction.
- Quality Commitment of Management and of the entire organisation, with each person taking responsibility for the quality of their own work.
- Ongoing training of staff in all new technologies applicable to products and services, and fostering their sense of responsibility.
